How Each Weekly Lesson Works
Each Sunday School lesson follows a simple, intentional four-part flow designed to support teachers and families as they guide children in God’s Word.
Teacher Guide (Start Here)
The Teacher Guide explains how the lessons are structured and how to use each section effectively. It offers best practices for preparation, teaching, discussion, and pacing, helping teachers understand the heart and goals of the curriculum before the week begins. This guide is especially helpful for new teachers or substitutes and ensures consistency, clarity, and confidence across every class.
Teacher Background & Preparation Sheet
This section is for adult study only and should be reviewed before teaching. It equips the teacher with biblical context, key theological truths, Trinity clarity, apologetics, and clear Scripture support so the lesson is taught with confidence, accuracy, and Christ-centered purpose.
Main Lesson, Activity & Discussion
This is the heart of the weekly class time and is designed to be read aloud with the children. The lesson carefully walks through the Bible passage, explains what God is doing, points clearly to Jesus, invites thoughtful discussion, and includes a meaningful hands-on activity that helps children understand and apply God’s truth.
Parent Take-Home Sheet
This resource extends learning beyond the classroom and into the home. It helps parents see what their child learned, why it matters, how to talk about it during the week, and how to pray together—reinforcing faith at church and at home as children grow in trust, understanding, and love for Jesus.
